Ive been there.
In fact, for the most part of my life I conformed, moulded and bended to be just the right enoughness. The good girl, the nice one, the one who was always helping, fixing and supporting, the one who always said “how high” as soon as someone say “jump”. I felt like being needed meant I was significant and being successful would make me worthy.
Every single thing I did was based on how I would be perceived. So much of my life was spent seeking external validation because deep down I didn’t know who I was outside of that. I feared taking up space in my life because of potential judgment or failure which meant I continued feeling stuck, I most of the time felt exhausted and disconnected because I was always over extending myself with others, most importantly I lacked so much confidence in myself because I need gave myself the ability to honour my authenticity, my mission and my purpose (even though externally it looked like I had it all)
One day I decided that in order to live the life I wanted, in order to build my confidence and feel convicted in who I was - I need to take bold action towards it.
I was responsible for who and what I chose for myself.
Something I am reflected often is “I love how you are so unapologetic”… and truthfully this version of me has been built.
It's been built by looking at what I am settling for, what I choose to normalise and where I choose to place my enoughness.
This very work has gifted me the opportunity to feel so deeply confident and convicted in not only myself but also my mission and purpose. I want that for you and I am so excited to witness your transformation.
